National Theme National Project
Discovering America's Treasures This year we will discover America's treasures with a national project in our own back yard! We will help fund the preservation of Fort Moultrie on Sullivan's Island, South Carolina. Fort Moultrie was the site of a famous Revolutionary War battle in 1776. While still under construction, it was attacked be the British, but the palmetto logs used to construct it absorbed the blow of the cannon balls.
